Mark is an active biodiversity scientist with a successful publication record in leading journals in biology and ecology. He has also obtained multiple competitive research grants and awards. Mark holds a DPhil in Zoology from the University of Oxford, where he was awarded a prestigious Clarendon Scholarship. He previously completed a BSc in Forest Sciences with First Class Honours at the Australian National University. Mark enjoys reading, travelling and racket sports, and considers exploring nature to be the most pleasurable of life’s pursuits.
